Software Support Assistant - 1st / 2nd Line - Mansfield

A Junior Software Support Analyst, with strong customer service skills and previous experience of providing IT or software support, is required by a leading software house in Mansfield.

In this varied role, you will be part of a team providing first class remote technical support to customers whilst SLA's are met and all customers are satisfied with the services. 

Skills Required:
- Previous experience within an IT helpdesk / IT support role
- Experience working with SLAs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Having an understanding of ITIL would be a distinct advantage
